After spending 20 years leading safety, culture transformation, organizational development, and leadership initiatives within a Fortune 500 company, I saw firsthand that lasting change doesn't begin with better procedures or new programs—it begins with people. When leaders grow in character, clarity, and purpose, healthy cultures naturally follow.
That same principle applies beyond the workplace. Churches, ministries, nonprofits, and businesses all face similar challenges: unclear vision, inconsistent communication, disengaged teams, and cultures that drift over time. My passion is helping leaders intentionally build organizations where people thrive, teams are aligned, and mission is advanced.
